Access Panel, Picture Frame, Bespoke - PFSS (budget lock) & PFSSL (key lock)
A superior quality, neat made to measure access panel with a picture frame, to suit all wall construction types. The access panel is air and vapour sealed between the frame and door with a budget polished steel tri-drive lock or a secure key lockable version
The access door is hinged with a concealed continuous full length hinge.
This access panel is not fire rated (please refer to "fire rated" section).
The white powder coating RAL No. is 9010
Maximum size is 900mm tall by 750mm wide (please call to discuss if larger as the price and product structure will change).

Plastic Circular Access Panel
A white smooth contemporary Circular Plastic Access Panel with a simple twist action on a fine thread to easily open or close.
Six concealed face fixing points allow for an easy screw fix installation into any wall finish.
An "O" ring is embedded within the inner section of the frame to give an airtight seal.

Steel Circular Access Panels
Combines a flush Steel circular panel with a picture or beaded frame, to give a contemporary finish.
For use in ceilings constructed from plasterboard screw fixed to a metal suspension system or plasterboard to timber joists.

PFFD Standard Fire Rated Picture Frame Access Panels
Our high quality 1-hour fire rated picture access panels are tested to B.S.476: Part 22:1987 providing access into all types of wall and ceiling construction voids.
The 1.2mm powder coated zintec steel panels have a slim profile, producing a lightweight, robust panel where access to building services is required, including the use as fire rated flue inspection hatches.
The metal frame holds a flush metal door through sliding pin hinges and is held closed with a budget lock or a tamper proof version

BFFD Standard Fire Rated, Beaded Frame Access Panel
The dual purpose (wall & ceiling) beaded frame one hour fire rated steel access panels are tested to B.S.476: Part 22:1987 and provide access into all types of wall and ceiling construction voids.
The panels are constructed from 1.2mm powder coated zintec steel, producing a lightweight, robust panel where discreet access to building services is required, also ideal for fire rated flue inspection panels.
The beaded frame holds the steel door through a concealed hinge and is held flush to the ceiling with either a budget lock or a tamper-proof version.

PFFD-INS-AT (Insulated & Air Tested)
Our range of high quality, precision welded one hour fire rated steel access panels tested to B.S.476: Part 22:1987, provide access into all types of wall and ceiling construction voids.
The panels consist of 1.0mm powder coated zintec steel with a slim profile, producing a lightweight, robust panel where access to building services is required.
The metal frame holds a flush metal door through simple concealed hinge and is held closed with a budget lock or secure 7 pin radial tumbler key lock (with two keys).

BFFD-Plast
Most commonly utilised in commercial applications where visually a very discreet access panel finish is required. A dual purpose access panel for wall or ceiling panels. With a 60 minute fire rating to the latest EN standards.
The beaded frame compliments the pre-boarded access door with a beaded surround. It is inserted directly into a pre-formed opening through the face of the ceiling prior to the application of wet finishes. The door can be completely removed by simply losening the sliding pin hinges, to skim the surface for an accurate finish. It comes with a standard budget lock and steel bung with a slotted head.
Please note all Access Panels with a beaded frame are designed for a wet finish. It is essential that scrim tape is applied to all perforated edges prior to plastering. If scrim tape is not used the plaster may not adhere to the access panel's frame and cracking will occur.

Fire Rated Access Panel, Bespoke - PFFDS (budget lock) & PFFDSL (key lock)

The access panel is 1hr fire rated and insulated by default.
The white powder coating RAL No. is 9010.
