There are various options for acoustic panels for any environment, these include Absorbers, BAD panels and acoustic screens which can be any size or shape, with a wide range of finishes available. Our design team can work closely with the client to design and create a bespoke design for any environment.
The RPG Absorbor is a simple acoustic panel that offers high absorption rates (up to class A) as well as good NRC values. It is ideal for wall or ceiling mounting, and is a fast-fix method for lowering reverberation time and noise levels within a space. The RPG Absorbor is available in 25mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm thicknesses, and in any size from 300x300mm up to 2700x1200. The RPG Absorbor is available in a range of standard colours, or with recycled fabrics, or digitally printed surfaces. We can now make our RPG Absorbers in any shape and always enjoy a design challenge!
RPG BAD Panel:
RPG® developed an innovative variable impedance panel by fabric wrapping a resorptive binary template consisting of reflective areas and holes over a semi rigid fiberglass panel. The resulting Binary Amplitude Diffsorbor™ panel provides mid and high frequency diffusion and low frequency absorption.
RPG BAD Expo:
Similar to the BAD panel, the Bad Expo has the template exposed, creating a unique deign which can be painted any colour or be supplied as a wood veneer. In the last couple of years this design has proved popular with recording studios that want acoustic ability as well as a designer finish.
Acoustic Screens from Acoustic GRG Products are rollable, stackable, free standing acoustic screens that can be from 1200mm high to 2000mm high, in 25m, 50mm or 75mm thickness, with rigid 6lb cu/ft fiber core for high NRC, or lightweight foam for simple absorption. Units can be stacked flat, or linked to form a group. They can be single side absorption, or combination absorption/diffusion, they can have a membrane core to increase NRC. GRG can custom make screens to any dimensions in a variety of fabrics or finishes to suit any décor.
