➤ Aliva is a member of the Insulated Render and Cladding Association (INCA) and the Solid Wall Insulation Guarantee Agency (SWIGA).
➤ Aliva’s Termok8® EWI systems have been awarded the Fraunhofer Institut fur Bauphysik certification for algae and fungal resistant coatings.
➤ Aliva UK meets strict requirements for wind load calculations and structural design of fixing systems for insulated render covered by BBA Certificate 11/4841, product sheets 1 to 7.
➤ Its certification allows the systems to be used on a wide variety of building types, both high and low rise structures, and our finishes offer a high degree of design flexibility.
➤ Aliva has a standard colour range of pastel shades, alongside Rivetone Strong, which are vibrant colours, and Rivetone Reflect, which are darker shades with solar reflective properties. It also has a silicone enhanced range for self cleaning properties.
➤ All textured products are available in 1mm, 1.2mm and 1.5mm grain sizes (generally 1.5mm textured products do not require a primer).
➤ Aliva’s EWI systems can also be used to mimic a range of texture designs, decorative surfaces and textured coatings with high aesthetic value.
➤ Texture design effects include: corten, washed cement, brushed concrete, urban, wood, travertino, streaked, crushed, matt/glittery sandblasted.
➤ These finishes can be applied to substrates including cement-based plaster, painted plaster, lime-based plaster and paint, exposed reinforced concrete, precast concrete features and panels, gypsum and fibre cement walls and features, after being previously treated where necessary.
