Admaster Composite Support System

Admaster Composite Support System is a panel for use under fully supported or self supported roofing & wall systems. It offers exceptional structural and thermal performance and resistance to air leakage in line with the revisions to the Building Regulations Part L2.

Comprising steel inner and outer skins with factory injected LPCB foam insulation, Admaster Composite Support System provides a CDMsafe solution offering the ideal economic fast track construction of insulation, Vapour control and temporary weathering platform, so contributing to both speed and safety in construction.

The virtually flat soffit provides the optimum in ceiling finishes, while the stiffness of the composite deck prevents standing seam systems from marking over the purlins.

Product Information:

Finishes
The outer steel sheet is pre-coated in Polyester, the standard steel inner liner is supplied with a
recoated white polyester surface finish.

Lengths
Admaster CSS can be supplied in standard lengths of 2 to 12 metres.
Panels of 12 to 18 metres can be supplied but are subject to an additional transport surcharge.

End Laps
End laps are not possible, if the slope cannot be covered by a single panel, the panels must butt up to each other and applied Polyband 50mm x 1mm x 35m Tape to seal the joint on the external face.

Side laps
Tongue and groove joint interfit. As with the end laps, the side lap joint should be also sealed with Polyband 50mm x 1mm x 35m Tape externally.

Fire Performance
Admaster CSS achieves an EXT. SAA rating to BS:476:Part 3:1958. The internal and external surface are designated P as defined by BS:476:part 5:1979. The product carries a propagation index ‘I’ less than 12 as defined by BS:476:part 6:1981. The panel provides resistance to spread of flame, both externally and internally to Class 1 as defined by BS:476:Part 7 1987. The combined rating is Class O as defined by the National Building Regulations.

Rockwool.

General Guidance Notes:
1. As Admaster CSS panels are intended to support foot traffic during
construction, the maximum working design load should never be less than 1.5kN/m2.
2. Deflection limited to span/200.
Steelwork tolerance between the bearing face of adjacent sheeting rails is L/600.
3. Fixing frequency should be adequate to support the design wind loads.

Future Requirements
With the ever increasing issues with Climate Change and energy conservation Admaster Composite Panels can now achieve 'U' Values down to 0.10 w/m2°C.
