A new multi-million pound development at the Alba Business Park in Livingston, specified Eurobond to provide the high-quality performance panel system on a prestige new office block. Following its acquisition of the Alba Campus technology park, Miller developments is now positioning the park as a business hub, and developing over 30,000 sq feet of new office space in eight pavilions.

The exterior of the building features Europanel Extra 135 with a Corus Colorcoat^® PVDF in Slate Grey. Approximately 1,200sqm of Europanel were used on the new building, laid horizontally with tongue and grove fixings and spanning from column to column with no additional steel work.

David Rodgers from cladding contractors Reid Roofing said, “By specifying Europanel the architect has been able to achieve a superior finish whilst reducing the build time.”

With a proven fire performance and excellent environmental credentials Europanel has made a fantastic contribution to the building. All steel and stone are recyclable, with zero Ozone Depleting and Global Warming potential.
