All New Specifire - The easy way to select the correct Pilkington glass for your fire-resistant requirements

Having taken the feedback from our customers on board, we are pleased to announce our unique software “Specifire” has been updated and modified to include the latest products and certification.

One of the key changes has been to make the software more flexible, enabling changes and updates to be made instantly. The simple questions aid the specification of the right fire-resistant glass in the appropriate frame. Once you have worked through the questions the appropriate product is displayed with the range of test summaries that can be downloaded with a click of the mouse.

Most standard applications for fire resistant are included such as doors and screens and combinations of the two. Framing options include steel, timber and aluminium.

If you cannot find your particular glazing requirement then you are invited to call us for advice relating to more specialist areas.

Specifire contains information on Pilkington Pyrostop® for integrity and insulation, Pilkington Pyrodur® for integrity and partial insulation and Pilkington Pyroshield™ 2 wired glass for integrity only applications.
