Bailey secret-fix coping systems were installed at the Archbishop Grimshaw School. As walls and roofs become better insulated for energy-efficiency, heat loss through the top of wall becomes more important. In this instance, the Bailey C-Fix system was installed with a thermal break, to prevent cold bridging and provide highly-effective insulation, as well as giving economical secret fix, low maintenance, long-lasting waterproof protection for the school's parapet walls.
