Architectural mesh for Nottingham Transit

Architectural mesh for Nottingham Transit

As part of a £570m tram extension in Nottingham, Gladstone PC 100/10 pre-crimped woven wire mesh balustrading from The Locker Group was installed on 3 bridges at Fairham Brook, Wilford Toll and Queen's Medical Centre (QMC).

The 62m long, 1,000-tonne steel, bowstring arch QMC bridge forms part of an elevated tram route and makes QMC the only hospital in the country to link to a tram network. The mild steel Gladstone PC 100/10 mesh was hot dipped galvanised prior to installation.
