ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in door opening solutions, has reported unrivalled success for its purpose-built training academy, since opening its doors over six months ago.
Located at its UK head office, the state-of-the-art facility provides tailored training programmes in technical, legislative and product areas for security specifiers, installers and end users.
This year alone, the academy has already enjoyed unrivalled success with over 40 event days and 20 training courses taking place, with a variety of large companies and organisations, including the University of Keele, Carillion and the Institute of Architectural Ironmongers in attendance.

The ASSA ABLOY Academy features fully equipped classroom, workshop and showroom facilities, and offers an extensive programme of tailored training courses that will aid door solution specification and installation, supported by major brands in door opening solutions.
Training courses available at the Academy range from RIBA approved, CPD seminars providing specification guidance, through to workshop sessions, where installers can receive practical tutorials and installation training on the very latest product solutions and locking technologies.
Invited customers and industry bodies can also use the venue for their own meetings, events and training courses. Whilst the professional showroom and manufacturing site tours can also be incorporated into visits.
