PD Edenhall supplied all the cast stone requirements of this scheme and assisted both the developer and architect in designing products to meet the customer’s requirements on this, one of the most prestigious developments in South Wales.

This exclusive development is on the Helmaen Nightclub site where stars such as Tom Jones used to perform in the 1960s.

The application of cast stone architectural dressings to elevations, including plinth courses, complete window surrounds and the impressive porticos, helps to create the impression of quality from the initial viewing of the properties which is then further enhanced by the standard of the fixtures and fittings within the houses.
