Beetham Tower, a stunning mixed-use development in the heart of Birmingham, required a fully-automatic solution to provide 55 parking spaces for the owners of apartments situated above the Radisson Hotel.

With narrow and limited site access, a Wöhr Multiparker 740 system with 5 levels of parking below ground was specified, providing 48 spaces for vehicles up to 1.6m and an additional 7 for vehicles up to 2m high.

The single garage, used to enter and exit the system, also incorporates a turning device so vehicles are correctly positioned when exiting on to the main street close to the Holloway Circus roundabout.
