Bespoke wall heating mats from Thermogroup UK were specified for every bathroom and en-suite at the Fulham Wharf, London, develooment, which consists of a supermarket, residential units and leisure facilities.

The 2 phase development will include a 100,000sq ft. food store and 463 residential units. The scheme also includes restaurants/cafes/bars, a training centre and a gym, landscaped gardens, a riverside walk and public open space; all following the demolition of existing buildings.

Phase 1: Construction of the new Supermarket together with 267 residential units.
Phase 2: Demolition of the existing superstore and construction of the remaining 196 residential units.

The client specified bespoke wall heating mats for every bathroom and en-suite on the phased project. There were 481 wall heating mats in total.

Wall heating adds extra warmth and comfort to a shower cubicle, it can also be used behind a towel rail to speed up drying time and keep towels warm in winter! Heated walls also help to prevent mildew and mould build up.
