Bi-panel partitioning system: Ultra 100

The Ultra100 is a fully demountable and relocatable, double skin bi-panel system.

A bi-panel partitioning system consisting of prefabricated panel elements with friction lock on connection for fast and secure installation. A telescopic head channel, adjustable base track and a range of abutment details allow connection to the building structure.

The Ultra100 system can be tailored to suit individual requirements with panel widths of 300 mm, 500 mm and 1000 mm modular size panels, glazed panels and door styles. All panels are finished in vinyl coating with door frames and trims factory finished in a high quality epoxy polyester powder coating in RAL/BS exterior grade polyester coating, applied at 18 – 20 micron dry film thickness over 4 – 6 microns of yellow epoxy anti corrosive primer as supplied by BASF. The gloss level will be 35% +/- 5% depending on substrate interaction.

The module width, height and partition thickness is designed project specific.
