Type of works: supply and installation of signs, manufactured in steel and aluminium, for dinosaur-themed park.

Working alongside design agencies, contractors and the zoo itself, Wards of Bristol were invited to produce signage for a dinosaur-themed park, alongside the existing  Blackpool zoo. From concept to execution, Wards of Bristol provided full artwork and working drawings of sign construction and achievable finishes.

Signs manufactured included steel and aluminium-framed signs clad in formed aluminium panels, stove enamelled with applied vinyls and digital prints. Canvas prints were also applied to wall frames and a main entrance sign, 4000 x 2500mm, with cut-out letters and logo all stove-enamelled aluminium.

Some of the signs were designed to lean on specific angles requiring accurate manufacture and assembly to ensure the installed sign was as completed as designed.
