When Barratt Homes was specifying bathroom installations for the 36 properties in the Bloomsbury Terrace, Huntley Street development, the company approached Simpsons. Barratt Homes required a bespoke product for the development to reflect the luxurious style of these properties and Simpsons was able to deliver on this.

One major requirement for the development was that the ensuites had to be finished to the same high-end standard that the rest of the properties were. David Cheshire, Regional Account Manager comments, “We specified the Design hinged doors with inline panels because they offered both a high-quality, contemporary look and allowed for bespoke fitting.”

Simpsons' quick response led Barratt Homes to use Simpsons Classic bath screens in the main bathrooms of the properties. Furthermore, Barratt Homes was so satisfied with the Simpsons products that the company also decided to replace the already-specified brassware with Crosswater products.

David Cheshire comments, “The Huntley Street contract was won due to flexibility shown by Simpsons. The Design hinged doors provided a bespoke solution for the ensuites and the Classic bath screens suited the styling of the main bathrooms in the properties. Crosswater replaced another brassware manufacturer because of products with superior styling and features required for the development.”
