As an adhesive Mapeflex MS 45 is an ideal alternative to mechanical fasteners. It is compatible with a wide range of materials, having good adhesion to many plastics as well as metal, paint, wood and brick and can also adhere to uneven surfaces such as stone. Additionally Mapeflex MS 45 is ideal for adhering bathroom accessories such as mirrors and towel rails. It is easy to extrude and smooth over, even at low temperatures and creates a flexible, elastic bond that can absorb thermal movement and vibrations. Its high initial ‘sucker effect’ makes it suitable for bonding to walls and ceilings.
As a sealant Mapeflex MS 45 is ideal for creating a flexible seal in internal and external expansion joints and for sealing joints in civil and industrial floors. Mapeflex MS 45 is suitable for both internal and external use.
