Hard wearing Saarfloor Slate rubber tile flooring, from commercial flooring specialists Polyflor Ltd has been installed at Stoke City FC's Britannia Stadium.

Fitted throughout concourse areas in 2 colours, Clay and Classic, Saarfloor Slate rubber tiles are ideal for heavy-traffic locations, especially in front-of-house areas, combining a classic slate surface finish with excellent performance characteristics.

“Our Premier concourse bar areas are open to supporters holding some of the more expensive seats across the stadium, so when embarking on our ongoing refurbishment programme in this area, we needed a flooring to reflect that,” says Richard Smith, Head of Development at Stoke. “The attractive surface finish and colours of Polyflor's Saarfloor Slate and its hard wearing properties make it ideal for the Britannia.”

Saarfloor Slate 500 x 500mm, 3.5mm gauge rubber tiles are available in 6 stylish colourways and conform to EN 12199 standards.

Under the BRE generic environmental performance rating system, the product falls into the highest attainable A+ category.
