Broadway One is the first phase of the new Glasgow city centre office development.

Designed by Architects Cooper Cromar, Broadway One is situated on the corner of Renfield Street and Renfrew Street in Glasgow; it has 125,466 square feet of Grade A office space across seven floors, which will formally open later this year.

The building was constructed by Laing O'Rourke and has been awarded a Very Good BREEAM rating. 5,000m² of curtain walling was used on the luxury office development; Solaglas Contracting Scotland was awarded the £1.7 million glazing package and a mix of Reynaer’s CW50 capped and CW50 SC structurally bonded curtain walling was specified for the building’s contemporary façade.
