When leading urban living developer Urban Splash were building the prestigious Budenburg Haus Projekte in Altrincham, it needed a team of highly accomplished contractors and sub-contractors to complete the work.

Budenburg was a residential development of two parts - the conversion of a historic building and the design and creation of a novel building in the shape of a ships stern.

JWD was the first and only choice to manufacture the significant quantity of powder-coated aluminium that was used to create the individual look of the two buildings.

JWD supplied powder-coated rainwater goods incorporated into the roofline and building structures, as well as manufacturing bespoke architectural cladding, the balcony wall cladding that was integral to the finished design, wall capping, soffit planking, architectural gates and more.

An ability to be completely flexible with manufacture and powder-coating capability, responsive service levels and a wealth of knowledge and experience of prestigious and complex construction projects were the main priorities for the developer. JWD, having a history and involvement in some of the country's leading names in construction was the perfect solution.
