CPS was awarded the contract for the 2012 Olympics main media and press hub. CPS were enlisted to design, manufacture, supply and install the fixed seating for the media centre for interviewing winning athletes after their event in the games.

The media centre was fitted with just under a thousand Cadet C6 chairs. The Cadet C6 chair while being the most cost effective chair in the range still attains to all the qualities CPS Seating are renowned for.
