Type of works: supply of Parklift 440 vertical stacking systems from Wohr.

In this new waterfront development, site conditions prevented the provision of multi-levels of basement parking, the high-water table making the required depth of excavation prohibitive.

Wöhr Parklift 440 vertical stacking systems (two levels) provide 130 spaces from one basement level. All spaces have independent access, with the clear headroom required above the driving aisle only 3.25m and a pit depth of 1.7m. This solution not only delivers the required number of spaces, but also significantly reduces both the costs of construction and landfill.
