Carmarthen Hospital

Client: Carmarthen Hospital
Architect: EPT Partnership, Cardiff
Contractor: Curtis Teague/Paul Lawe
Type of works: supply of eaves and rainwater drainage systems.

Bailey Eaves has helped the Carmarthen Hospital in using eaves to provide them with the important line that heads the elevation, helping to bring together many visual elements and forming the junction between walls and roof. Significantly, the eaves are also where rainwater is channelled from the roof, as well as protecting and shading the walls, windows and doors underneath. In this instance, Bailey rainwater drainage systems were utilised to maintain this channel.

Bailey Eaves Systems provide value for money, low maintenance combination of quality aesthetics and cost effectiveness appropriate to public procurement projects.

The Bullnose fascia, secret fix cassette profile used for Carmarthen Hospital adds a distinctive high quality finish. The good use of good quality materials means that patients and visitors to the hospital, are assured about their quality of care.

Bailey manufactures environmentally efficient aluminium which has long life and is almost maintenance free.
