Cembrit’s Contessa natural slates for Denbury Mews

embrit’s Contessa natural slates have been specified for Denbury Mews, a new unique development in Devon. The slates have ensured a high class appearance for the fifteen houses and coach houses and the product’s versatility was the perfect answer to the challenges posed by the curved roof.

Local Property Developers, Perrin Construction built the fifteen village homes, including one, two and three bedroom homes with gardens and garages. The roof of Denbury Mews is curved, therefore requiring a slate that is easy to handle, lay and cut – all fulfilled by the choice of Contessa slate.

Chris Perrin, owner of Perrin Construction, said"Having worked with Cembrit’s Contessa slates in the past, we knew that these slates would be suitable for this project. We are extremely pleased with the end result and have since won several contracts off the back of it. We will soon be working on a thirty six house project in Somerset and will once again, opt for Cembrit natural slates.”
