In March 2010, Furniture Realm completed delivery to the Cioconat Coffee Lounge in Malta. Furniture Realm was first approached by the franchisee for the Cioconut Lounge in December 2009 to put forward a proposal to supply the furniture for the first in a number of outlets to be opened across Europe.

Furniture Realm was issued with a specification of the furniture requirements by the Cioconat Lounge, which all of the franchisee’s must adhere to. Furniture Realm was successful in procuring all of the specified items, as well as becoming fully involved with the design and build of bespoke furniture, resulting in the franchise saving thousands of pounds.

All of the furniture that was supplied to the Cioconat Lounge was manufactured to an extremely high standard bringing together the highest quality products from Italy and the United Kingdom. The refurbishment itself involved the supply of dining room, lounge and outdoor furniture combining a number of materials including chrome, stainless steel and high-quality faux suede.
