CIRIA will unveil a host of new developments at Ecobuild 2011, taking place at the ExCel Centre in London from March 1 - 3.
CIRIA will release its new guidance on Open Space Opportunities for Previously Developed Land (C694) at the event. The guide examines the opportunities associated with developing open green spaces and seeks to address the barriers by highlighting the drivers for converting brownfield to green space.
To coincide with the release of Open Space Opportunities for Previously Developed Land (C694) CIRIA will also be hosting a free seminar to launch the report at Ecobuild. The seminar will take place on March 1 in South Gallery 15 at 11am. Delegates at the launch event will receive an overview of the report and will be able to review case studies of where green space opportunities have been realised.
CIRIA will also be exhibiting on stand S1460 at Ecobuild, where visitors will be able to see first-hand some of the new developments and projects that are underway, as well as take advantage of special offers on new and existing guidance. Visitors will also have the opportunity to find out about the range of CIRIAs environmental training courses including: SuDS, Environmental Good Practice on Site, Working with Wildlife and our newly-launched course on Culvert Design and Operation.
