Wernick Hire supplied a 17-bay, two-storey, vandal-proof AVflex™ modular system to construction giant BAM Construct UK for its city centre development in Coventry, and it has just about every type of site accommodation requirement incorporated into its internal layout.

The AVflex™ accommodation, which offers high levels of security with real flexibility, includes meeting rooms, a kitchen, drying room, canteen, open-plan offices, toilets, and sub-contractors’ offices. The system was supplied finished in BAM’s corporate colours of orange and green.

The site, located within Coventry’s inner ring road, is destined to be a new £60m headquarters for the Severn Trent Water Authority, with completion scheduled for 2010 and providing accommodation for up 1,700 employees.
