Flowcrete’s specialist flooring products have been used in conjunction with Shaylor Construction to restore an old industrial unit located on the Clover Nook Industrial Estate in Alfreton, Derbyshire.

Flowcrete’s Flowseal EPW, a water-based epoxy floor coating used in industrial applications to create a vapour permeable floor finish, was spray applied across the entire surface area to repair the existing substrate, which had been badly damaged due to fires.

Aside from delivering a hygienic joint-free finish that significantly reduces the build-up of dirt and dust, Flowseal EPW provides a colourful and glossy floor finish that brightens-up industrial units to enhance the appearance of working environments.
