Design
A double or triple section aluminium plant access ladder with handrails designed for use with various sizes of hatch where horizontal space is not available within the loft. Operated via 'long arm' pole.

Storage Requirements
Stores vertically above the hatch on a permanent track support system.

Hatch Requirements
Suitable for various hatch sizes with 18mm unpainted blockboard as standard trap door.
Length – minimum 600mm
Width – minimum 400mm

Heights
Serves heights up to 5m subject to suitable headroom above hatch door.
Control Mechanism
Operation controlled via counterbalance weight assembly.

Options
Tread widths up to 500mm
Tread depths – 75mm 100mm
Fire rated hatch doors
Adjoined or independent from hatch door
Operation from above (Secondary means of escape)

Duty Rating
BS7553 - 150kg. Class 'H'
