Composite wall panels: Etalbond

Etalbond is a high quality, cost effective, easily formable wall panel, which demonstrates excellent colour uniformity, flatness, durability, rigidity and dimensional stability under extreme climate conditions.

It is suitable as a large-format flat panel, or as formed cassettes for long-lasting wall cladding, balcony and building facades, roof edging and decoration.

Etalbond is an ACM panel consisting of two corrosion-resistant aluminium sheets of pre-painted aluminium, thermally bonded to each side of a polymeric (or mineral compound) core through a continuous process. It can be formed and shaped without adverse effect on the coated finish, and is produced to close dimensional tolerances which are carefully controlled during the manufacturing process.

Etalbond is manufactured to the stringent requirements of ISO 9001:2000, in addition to strict in-house quality controls. Etalbond has been awarded BBA Certificate no 07/4464.
