This project was undertaken as an attempt to bring together diverse elements of the deaf comunity and deaf culture under one roof. The whole complex was completed with the application of weber-plast TF150 in S0500-N and S2005-Y10R, which is an acrylic-based, composite, decorative finished, pre-mixed and ready to apply in wet form.
