The business is continuing to expand its empire with over 20 restaurants up and running and more to come; Franco Manca will soon be opening its first branch outside of the capital, in Brighton.
Diespeker is in on the action through the supply of marble table tops for each restaurant. Unusually, rather that opt for the same marble throughout, Franco Manca restaurant table tops are created from a variety of different marbles, and, in some cases granite.
For example, in one restaurant you might find table tops made from the red of Rosso Levanto, the white of Carrara or the green of Verde Isorrie.
