The scheme comprised of the demolition of existing buildings and construction of 54 flats with associated basement parking, access and landscaping works.

Products specified:
Three phase Thermodrive outdoor heating system, Thermodrive ice and snow sensing equipment, programmable controls.

Client Brief:
The project required driveway heating on the sloping in and out entrances to the development.

The Solution:
Thermogroup provided a specification for 3 phase driveway heating which included an ice & snow sensor for each slope. The company also subcontracted the installation of the driveway heating to one of their approved installers.

That little bit extra:
Thermodrive intelligent driveway heating senses when there is a risk of snow or ice build-up. The system will automatically switch on if a risk is detected and ensure that driveways and access ways stay safe and usable in cold winter conditions.
