EasyFlow have designed an underfloor heating system for 19 apartments over 2,000 square metres at a redundant office block in the centre of Shrewsbury.

The first phase of the installation was to supply and install a liquid screed at a show apartment off site and following this EasyFlow moved on site to install the first phase of the underfloor heating system over 500sqm on the third floor of the building. This was followed by installation of Gyvlon Thermio+ thermally guaranteed floor screed.

EasyFlow was later commissioned to sand the laitance from the surface of the screed in order to help release the moisture from the screed and improve drying times.
