Colour adds a contemporary twist to this bank of 30 mailboxes supplied and installed by The Safety Letterbox Company for high-specification social housing apartments at Ebony Court in Neasden, North London.

PCKO Architects specified the multi-coloured, wall-mounted arrangement to enhance the ground-floor lobby area of the four-storey block built by Higgins Construction plc for client Catalyst Housing Group.

The COM 2 steel mailboxes were engraved with numbering and finished in four matt RAL shades: Flame Red, May Green, Basalt Grey and Black Grey. The result is a striking, yet functional feature that proves mailboxes don’t have to be boring.
