Ecobuild 2017: Future materials and processes

Ecobuild 2017 has launched an industry-wide call for research that highlights the latest UK built environment innovations, to showcase at this year’s exhibition.

In partnership with the ARCC network – a UK-wide platform to develop and exchange knowledge and evidence to inform policy and practice, funded by EPSRC – Ecobuild’s organisers will showcase the latest innovative ideas and initiatives from both academic and commercial research and development teams at 2017’s event.

Submissions could include future materials and processes in early development stages, the improvement and innovation of more sustainable solutions for the construction industry, or insight into the application of materials used in other sectors for the future of the built environment.

The call for entries will close midday on 19th September 2016, and a judging panel will shortlist the research. The chosen submissions will form part of Ecobuild’s Future Materials show floor feature.
