Leading developer Rectory Homes is creating an important selling point for prospective purchasers of its apartments by installing secure, centrally located storage units from Troax UK Limited at its new developments. The wire mesh enclosures offer homeowners a useful storage facility with the added convenience of being located on site, usually in an underground car parking area.

The most recent Rectory Homes development to feature Troax’s storage enclosures is Elizabeth House, a new block of five luxury three bedroom apartments in Chorleywood, Herts. Other developments where Troax has recently installed storage units include Red Gables in the centre of Ascot and Carisbrooke House in Northwood, Middlesex.

Each apartment owner at Elizabeth House has their own padlockable storage unit, measuring around 2 x 2m. Easily accessible, the units can be used to store personal belongings such as sports equipment and other bulky items.

Designed for use in basements and other communal areas, Troax Cetus storage enclosures are constructed from modular, wire mesh panels which offer a number of practical advantages; the mesh is too small for a hand to get through but creates a well ventilated, fully visible environment, also allowing smoke and heat to filter through to trigger smoke detection systems and allow full penetration of sprinkler systems in the event of a fire.

Storage units can be supplied in a range of sizes; each is fitted with a cylinder lock or padlock for complete security. Full steel versions are also available.
