Eurostar Engineering Terminal, Leyton Hills

Type of works: manufacture, supply and installation of automatic raise arm barriers.

The new Eurostar Engineering rail terminal in Leyton Hills is the scene for this case study. Leomarc Systems was awarded the contract to manufacture, supply and install 5 automatic raise arm barriers.

Five LSL-AB300 automatic raise arm barriers and a LSL-AB400 automatic raise arm barrier have been installed. To minimise additional civil works the LSL-AB400 barrier was controlled by using a 433Mhz reliable wireless control system.
