Fast track solutions that offer maximum durability like no other on the market

GTI is a multilayered interlocking looselay vinyl tile with new embossing, manufactured by Gerflor using a continuous high pressure process. Offering outstanding extra performance and an impressive palette of fresh designs, the new GTI range of Uni and Decor loose lay vinyl floor tiles from Gerflor is easy to maintain and incredibly durable; a GTI MAX version provides even greater resilience. GTI is an ideal solution for refurbishments and new build construction where fast track installation is important; it allows for significantly reduced downtime on site.

A dovetail joint connecting system makes the tiles quick and easy to install or replace and ideal for situations where the floor has to be kept in use with minimal disruption or ‘downtime’. When laying, little or no preparation of the subfloor is necessary and 7% humidity is acceptable. GTI is also suitable for laying over many existing floorcoverings.

GTI is suitable for a variety of markets including manufacturing, industry, retail and any sectors in which there are applications where the performance is key. The product is 100% recyclable, 6mm thick, multi-layered, 635mm x 635mm tile. Manufactured by Gerflor using a continuous high pressure process, it has a polyurethane UV-cured surface treatment (PUR). With an abrasion group T rating, GTI is reinforced with two glass fibre grids on either side of an intermediate pressed homogeneous layer. The surface of GTI Uni and GTI Décor is a coloured 2mm thick homogeneous sheet while the GTI MAX Uni and MAX Decor wear layer is reinforced by an innovative formulation of fillers that offers outstanding resistance.

A new varnish formula provides the GTI range with better resistance to dust and stains and makes the product’s maintenance easier while the tile's surface embossing is less sharp, less deep and textured so dirt is more easily removed. GTI MAX has excellent resistance to scratching and high traffic with the shore hardness D more than 55HD. The tile can easily resist, for example, a nail under a pallet or a pebble lodged in a forklift’s wheel.

The highly successful GTI Decor palette has been enlarged from four colours to seven. Across the range, there are now 16 colours and GTI tiles are also offered in six standard logos.
