Spiral Construction is the sole UK and Republic of Ireland agent and supplier for the stunning range of Wachenfeld natural stone staircases.

They supply and install a range of spiral, straight and helical staircases combining the strength and beauty of natural stone such as marble, limestone and granite.

The Wachenfeld natural stone helical staircase combines polished stone treads suspended between mild or stainless stringers.

Straight staircases
Spiral Construction produces a range of straight staircase designs which offer a stunning visual feature to any building. They can offer high quality straight stairs in a variety of combinations of materials.
Treads can be supplied in smooth steel plate for carpeting or as a tray to receive screed or concrete by others. Alternatively treads can be wooden or natural stone.

Fire escape stairs
Spiral staircases are both attractive and economical for fire escapes, particularly for multi-storey applications.

Designed to have minimal maintenance, the company offers both steel and concrete materials to a range of designs to ensure the stair complements the building design. Steel can be galvanised and powder coat painted for either the industrial or domestic look. Concrete will offer an alternative option to your escape blending in with the building structure. External stairways over 6m in height may also require weather protection, such as balustrade panels and canopy roofing.

All products conform to all the building and fire regulations to give you the safety and security of a British regulated stair installation.
