Flowcrete Motors with Fast-Track Flooring for Arnold Clark

Specialist manufacturer Flowcrete delivered a high-tech flooring solution combining safety and style at motor dealership Arnold Clark.

Flowcrete Flowfast Quartz was installed across bay areas at the dealership’s Liverpool service and valet centre, under a project to create a new extension, carried out by main contractor Adonis Construction.

To create clearly defined working areas, the floor was installed in Grey with and Yellow bay markings.

A quartz aggregate was added to the mix, to create an eye-catching finish and aid slip resistance underfoot.

The new floor also offers excellent abrasion resistance, a seamless, easy clean finish and is oil and chemical resistant.

Alan Blay, the Flowcrete Director with responsibility for Flowfast, said “Flowfast Quartz met all the health and safety requirements for this busy, high traffic environment.”

The system was installed by Flowcrete approved contractor XL Industrial Resins (UK) Ltd, based in Bathgate, west Lothian. They were able to suggest the Flowfast Quartz as an alternative to the motor group’s original preferred flooring solution.
