Foamed in-situ thermal insulation

Modern Plan Insulation (MPI) is a specialist in sprayed and injected-insulation systems for a variety of applications. Polyspray is a CFC-free, spray-applied rigid foam system for external roofing, cladding and soffit insulation. It can be sprayed to any thickness to produce a seamless rigid foam with excellent adhesive and compressive properties. The foam can be overcoated with protective coatings to produce weatherproof external systems, vapour-retardant coatings or fire-protection coatings. Pirthane^® is an internally-applied system of modified Polyspray foam, overcoated with intumescent coating to give a Class 0 fire-rated insulation system. Technitherm^® is a cavity-wall stabilisation and insulation system. The material is injected as a liquid and quickly expands and hardens to form a structural rigid insulating foam which adheres tenaciously to the cavity walls, stabilising the wall over the entire area. The system is BBA certified, Certificate no. 97/3426. MPI is Building Register and CHAS accredited.
