Composition and manufacture
Excalibur panels are constructed with two steel skins, flush both sides and separated by a composite infill that has sound-reducing capabilities. Glass sections from 6 to 12mm thick can be used. A double-glazed option is available, and can incorporate an integral blind system. Panels include steel clip-in glazing beads.
Sliding or hinged doors are available with a variety of handles and locks, with or without a vision panel. Panels have removable skirting and vertical channels for easy access to wiring cables. Sliding glass hatches can be incorporated into this system.
Accessories include steel or lay-in grid ceilings and ceilings with a walk-on facility for maintenance.
