GAH is working with Persimmon Homes on their development at Sycamore Park between Mildenhall and Bury St Edmunds.

The site comprises 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses and 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. The development is located in an off-gas area, so Persimmon was looking for alternative forms of heating that are efficient, economical and preferably environmentally friendly.

The site comprises three types of heating system; the GAH Electrastream boiler and Electrastream Solar boiler and Daikin air source heat pumps.

Electrastream Solar boilers are being installed in the 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses. The Electrastream Solar harnesses the sun%u2019s power to heat your hot water, providing electric back-up if required.

The GAH standard Electrastream boiler has been installed into the 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. This is a cost-effective solution for smaller dwellings using only water and electric economy tariff services.
