Garden Room on Grade II Listed Building in Suffolk

Garden Room on Grade II Listed Building in Suffolk

This stunning house with a fantastic composition of roofs needed consultation with the Listed Building Officer to gain the appropriate consent. We proposed that the best way to build onto this Grade II Listed Building was to add an additional tiled roof.

The large glazed gable floods light into the room which illuminates the wide boarded ceiling and trusses, all adding to the theme of the old timber-framed house.

Three sets of French doors, give access to the walled garden and patio.

This beautiful example shows how the care and consideration of our architectural designers can improve the building from the outset.
