Portsmouth based Ahmarra celebrates 20 years of door manufacturing. The celebrations began with a BBQ for staff and their families on the August Bank Holiday weekend. A luxury two-night cruise break is also planned as a pre-Christmas treat for staff.

Initially, Ahmarra traded as a general joinery business but now specialises in the manufacture and installation of architectural doorsets across all sectors. The group also includes Ahmarra Installations which specialises in luxury hotel fit out.

Managing Director, Tim Doran, said: “Over the last 20 years Ahmarra has focused on providing our customers with the quality of service that we should all expect from our suppliers. We are proud to include some of the UK’s largest building contractors and hotel groups amongst our many customers. Years of experience go towards successfully managing any size of project and our ability to do this ensures that our customers return time and time again”.

Despite the difficult economic climate, Ahmarra are now seeing the benefits of their hard work with a rapidly developing customer base and an increase in turnover and profitability.
