Hauraton drainage at Chesterfield FC

Hauraton drainage at Chesterfield FC

Hauraton surface water drainage channels were specified throughout the project at The B2net stadium, home of Chesterfield Football Club. Over 1000m of the RECYFIX® HICAP® high capacity channels were used to drain the car park area surrounding the stadium. A further 430m of FASERFIX® channel and grating system was used around the pitch-side.

The RECYFIX® HICAP® system was installed in a single run, sweeping around the whole stadium in a large oval to drain the 36,000m² car park. Starting with HICAP® 100 a further four sizes of channel were installed in a stepped fall arrangement ending with the largest size, the 650, which has a maximum water volume per metre of 443 litres.

For the pitch-side drainage, FASERFIX® KS 100 channel system was specified. This is a robust, fibre reinforced concrete channel with a removable ductile iron grating featuring the company’s SIDELOCK® patented bolt less fixing system.
