When it came to specifying the taps, shower valves and shower enclosures for Hayes Apartments in Cardiff, Crosswater and Simpsons products were the natural choice.

The 304 new homes are designed with chic, cosmopolitan flair and well-known, trusted brand names. They range from studios, through to one- and two-bedroom apartments, to spacious duplexes and set a new benchmark for city-centre living, forming part of the landmark £675 million St David's development in the heart of the capital city.

Crosswater and Simpsons worked with Swift Horsman, which is undertaking the fitout package at Hayes Apartments, to ensure the architect's original specification became a reality.

From its classic and functional Design Collection, Crosswater has supplied thermostatic shower valves, wall-mounted bath spouts and basin, side-lever monobloc taps, together with its cutting-edge Contour round, fixed shower heads. Shower and bath screens have been provided in chrome from Simpson's Ten Collection which offers the latest luxury concept in 10mm glass, frameless shower spaces.
