Type of works: design, manufacture and installation of 52 balconies.

Balco supplied 52 balconies with Balco Air parapets and clear laminated glass glazing. Balco Twin opening windows were used. Balco CleanLine^® integral drainage and Balco VentTech^® ventilation systems were also used.

Placed by the side of a busy road and alongside a train track. The solution from Balco was chosen for its acoustic reduction properties and slide/fold functions for easy cleaning.
