Manufactured and crafted as a low-maintenance replacement for traditional timber building products, with a dedicated extrusion plant in Aberdare, Homeline is one of GAP’s flagship product ranges they offer to the commercial and residential building markets across the UK.

Numerous building materials fall under the Homeline brand, including Fascia boards, Soffit boards and Cladding.

Making use of HeatShield technology (which prevents the materials from warping or discolouring due to exposure from the elements), Homeline Building Products are extremely low-maintenance and carry a hefty 15-year guarantee in white, with all foiled Homeline products carrying a 10-year guarantee.

A best-seller, Homeline Square Fascia is available in 5 metre lengths and ranges from 16mm full replacement Fascia to 9mm cap over. Available in 14 different colours to suit both new builds and replacement jobs of all styles, with all corners and joints manufactured in house too.

Other styles of fascia that Homeline manufacture include Ogee, Flat and Bullnose, which will suit a variety of different property styles.

Homeline offer three types of Soffit Boards, which are all available in 5 metre lengths: Solid Soffits are 9mm thick and available in 14 different colours to suit all available Fascia colours. Vented Soffits offer a 10mm continuous air flow extending the entire length of the board. Hollow Soffits feature a three-plank design, with a tongue and grooved effect. Exclusively available in a 300mm width.

Another product range that falls under the Homeline umbrella is the ‘Core’ range – the industry’s first and only BBA approved recycled roofline range is made entirely from former uPVC roofline, windows, and doors, which meet the most stringent recycling and sustainability criteria. ‘Core’ products include Square Fascia (16mm), Square Cap Over (9mm), Solid Soffit (9mm), and Shiplap Cladding.

When it comes to cladding, Homeline offer a variety of different interlocking styles in a variety of colours to suit all available projects: 150mm Shiplap Cladding is suitable for external use on both commercial and domestic properties. 100mm Open-V Cladding provides a decorative and protective surface finish and can be used to replace or cover rotten timber cladding. Contemporary Cladding, available in both Closed V and Lap designs, is a new and modern rival to the Shiplap and Open V styles.
