Hotgen Studios are Europe's largest independent computer games manufacturers, and their rapid expansion required them to relocate their headquarters from where 60 staff are based. They instructed Demountables to undertake a design and space planning exercise to ensure the new 6,000sq ft space was used to its full potential. They also undertook all the liaisons with the relevant local authorities and landlord.

Although the partitions were bespoke to meet the clients needs, manufacturing was still carried out within 7 days to meet the 14 day deadline.

The project included the DP Designer and DP Glass Wall systems in general office areas and the DP Fire and Sound System in management areas where sound reduction was a major concern. The client benefited from the fact that they took the complete refurbishment installation, allowing them one point of contact without the need for subcontractors.
